1. With this type of lubrication, the oil circulates continuously, and impurities flow out. The injected lubricating oil causes a certain pressure to enter the meshing surface of the gear tooth under the action of centrifugal force. Good lubrication and cooling effect, suitable for high speed and heavy load occasions.
2. Self-flow lubrication: the lubricating oil is injected from the nozzle, flows through the gear backlash, and flows out from the small hole of the sleeve. This lubrication method mainly plays a cooling role, and it is difficult to form an oil film. The tooth surface wears faster than strong lubrication. .
3. Oil storage type lubrication: the lubricating oil is injected from the nozzle, and a certain lubricating oil layer is maintained on the outer circle of the gear due to the centrifugal force of the lubricating oil during rotation.This kind of lubrication will leave impurities in the ring gear, and the heat dissipation effect of the oil flow is also poor, so it is only suitable for occasions with low power and low speed.
