1. When installing the cross universal joint, check the distribution error of the flange bolt holes on the universal joint shaft fork, the error of the connection size of the stop and the end face, and the coaxiality error of the universal joint according to the requirements of the drawing. , Also pay attention to the sub-arrangement orientation and original phase. In principle, both ends of the coupling can be used as the active shaft, but it is advisable to keep the spline fitting as far away as possible from the source of vibration or shock.
2. When assembling the cross shaft assembly, the gasket should be adjusted to ensure the coaxial tolerance between the center line of the cross shaft and the center line of the fork head, and the offset is 0.06-0.10mm;
3. After the universal coupling is assembled, the axis lines of the two holes of the shaft fork should be on the same plane, and the deviation should not exceed 01°.
4. After the universal coupling is assembled, the needle roller can roll flexibly, without needle jamming, loose or protruding retaining ring.
Needle roller bearings and splines are lubricated with lithium-based grease. After assembly is completed, the same grease can be injected from the grease nipple until it is full.
