Alignment problem of Ever-Power coupling

AboutCouplingThe alignment mainly includes the following points:
1. Determine the reference axis: When aligning the two axes, determine a reference axis, and adjust the other axis to achieve the allowable deviation.
2. Shaft climbing: In order to eliminate the coupling error, the two shafts should be climbed at the same time, and the alignment baselines should be marked on the two couplings. The baselines should coincide with each rotation to an angle.According to the actual situation, if the error of the coupling itself is within the allowable range, only one shaft can be moved.
3. Simplify the calculation; two axial measurement values must be measured for every angle of the coupling (b1-b11).For simplicity, only one axial measurement value can be measured at a time, but the coupling must be controlled to not have axial series movement.
4. Pay attention to the influence of the deflection angle of the attachment on the measurement data due to the weight of the measuring tool.
5. When measuring the elastic shaft with high speed or the shaft with the lift requirement, pay attention to the shaft lift, the influence on the alignment and the reasonable load distribution.
6. When aligning, adjust the axial value, correct the tilt, and then adjust the radial deviation. When adjusting the tilt, the radial deviation value will be affected. After calculation, gradually adjust to the allowable range.
