●Z7 type expansion sleeve is a keyless coupling device between shaft and sleeve. This device can apply clamping force to the sleeve from the outside to form a mechanical compression fit between the shaft and sleeve, and transmit torque and expand The sleeve itself does not transmit any torque and load.
●When the expansion sleeve is fixed to the proper position of the shaft sleeve (hub), tighten the bolts according to the given torque, and the tapered inner ring exerts radial force on the shaft sleeve. This forced friction coupling can safely transmit large torque and loads.
●When the expansion sleeve is clamped, each mating surface has a high pressure and is completely sealed, avoiding the corrosion of the mating surface.When disassembling, loosen the bolts, the mating surface will automatically relax, and the shaft sleeve and cone ring will automatically return to the original size.

●This device is easy to disassemble and assemble, suitable for transmitting torque at medium and low speed.
