1. 2: Nylon 66 (cream color): Compared with nylon 6, its mechanical strength, stiffness, heat resistance and wear resistance, creep resistance are better, but the impact strength and mechanical shock absorption performance are reduced, which is very suitable for automatic lathes Machining.
3: Nylon 4.6 (red-brown): Compared with ordinary nylon, nylon 4.6 is characterized by strong rigidity preservation, good creep resistance, and is more resistant to heat aging in a wider temperature range. The main types are as follows:
MC Nylon (ivory white): The characteristics of unmodified cast nylon 6 are very similar to nylon 66. It has good comprehensive properties, high strength, rigidity and hardness, creep resistance, wear resistance, heat aging, and good machining performance.
MC901 (blue): This modified nylon 6 has a striking blue color. It has higher toughness, flexibility and fatigue resistance than ordinary cast nylon. It proves to be an ideal material for gears, racks and transmission gears.
PA6+ oil (green): This cast nylon 6 is a veritable self-lubricating nylon. It is specially developed for the manufacture of non-lubricated, high-load and low-speed parts, which greatly broadens the application range of nylon. Nylon has a low friction coefficient (can be reduced by 50%) and abrasion resistance is improved (can be increased by 10 times).
PA6+ Molybdenum disulfide (gray black): Contains molybdenum disulfide powder, which can improve the load-bearing capacity and wear resistance of unmodified cast nylon without affecting the impact and fatigue resistance of unmodified cast nylon. PA6+ Solid Lubricant (Gray): It adopts the formula of patented cast nylon 6 and contains solid lubricant. This material has self-lubricating properties, excellent friction, outstanding wear resistance and pressure speed capability (compared to ordinary Cast nylon is 5 times higher).It is especially suitable for moving parts that run at high speed and cannot be lubricated.
