Assembly technical requirements:
1) The coaxiality of the two shafts should be strictly ensured during assembly, otherwise the two shafts cannot work normally, and the coupling or shaft will be deformed and damaged in severe cases.
2) Ensure that the connecting parts (nuts, bolts, keys, tapered pins, etc.) are connected reliably, and the force is even, and no automatic loosening is allowed.
Assembly method:
1）装配时应先在轴1、2上装好平键和凸缘盘3、4，并固定齿轮。
2) Fix the dial indicator on the flange plate 4, make the probe of the dial indicator rest on the outer circle of the flange plate 3, rotate the two shafts synchronously, and ensure the coaxiality of the two flange plates according to the degree of the dial indicator. Degree requirements.
3) Move the motor so that the boss of the flange plate 3 is slightly inserted into the concave hole of the flange plate 4.
4) Move the gear shaft 2 and measure the gap Z between the two flange plates.If the gap is uniform, move the motor to make the end faces of the two flanges close, and fasten the two flanges with bolts after fixing the motor.
