The structure and characteristics of rigid coupling

There are two main structural forms of rigid couplings:
① Relying on reamed holes and bolts to achieve two-axis alignment and relying on bolt rods to withstand extrusion and shear to transmit torque;
② ② Align by matching the convex shoulder on one half coupling with the groove on the other half coupling.The bolts connecting the two half-couplings can be ordinary bolts of grade A and B, and the torque is transmitted by the frictional moment of the joint surface of the two half-couplings.The material of the rigid coupling can be gray cast iron or carbon steel, and cast steel or forged steel should be used under heavy load or when the peripheral speed is greater than 30 m/s.
Rigid couplingspecialty
1.Light weight, ultra-low inertia and high sensitivity
2.Maintenance-free, super oil and corrosion resistance
3.Aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials
4.Provide fastening bolt type, clamping type and separation type.
