Diaphragm couplingIt consists of several groups of diaphragms that are alternately connected with the two halves of the coupling with bolts. The elastic deformation of the diaphragms compensates for the relative displacement of the two shafts connected. It is a high-performance flexible coupling with a strong metal element.
The single diaphragm coupling has large torque load, high torque rigidity and excellent sensitivity.
The double-diaphragm coupling allows deflection, center and axial deviations. The stainless steel diaphragm compensates for angular and axial deviations. The clockwise and counterclockwise rotation characteristics are exactly the same.
The difference between single-diaphragm coupling and double-diaphragm coupling is the ability to handle various deviations. In view of the need for complex bending of the diaphragm, the single-diaphragm coupling is not suitable for eccentricity, while the double-diaphragm coupling is not suitable for eccentricity. The piece coupling can be bent in different directions at the same time to compensate for eccentricity.
