3. When using a standard torque meter, no matter what method is used for installation, the coupling must bear a certain amount of axial force and bending moment. Try to avoid excessive force on the meter, which will directly cause the meter to be damaged and unusable.
When using a torque sensor, you must pay attention to the installation problem. Because the torque sensor is a power device, especially the use of a dynamic torque sensor connected to the motor, the measurement of large torque force needs to be used with caution, load equipment, couplings, and couplings The connection between the sensor and the sensor and the connection between the coupling and the power equipment are important issues that cannot be ignored.
