The shaft has a certain angular displacement, which is suitable for occasions with large axial movement, more forward and reverse changes and frequent starting. As nylon pins are sensitive to temperature, the operating temperature is limited to -20~+70°C In the range.
7. The tire coupling is made of rubber or rubber fabric as a tire-like elastic element, and the two ends are respectively pressed on the two half couplings with pressure plates and screws.This kind of coupling is flexible, has good vibration absorption ability, can effectively reduce dynamic load and compensate large axial displacement, and has good insulation performance and no noise during operation.The disadvantage is that the radial dimension is large; when the torque is large, additional axial load will be generated due to excessive torsional deformation.In order to facilitate assembly, the tire is sometimes cut out in a radial direction, but the load-bearing capacity should be significantly reduced.
