The treatment method is: correct the center; select the appropriate material, and the hardness of the tooth surface after treatment is about 50~60; check the amount of oil, so that the lubricating oil pipe is aligned with the tooth part; filter the oil, so that the maximum particle size of the impurities in the oil is less than 25μm ; Choose drum-shaped teeth with good performance; install and check the radial clearance of the inner and outer teeth as required.
When the tooth surface is corroded, it is because the oil is of poor quality, and the oil contains acid or sulfide, so replace the lubricating oil.
